- ➤ Buc-ee’s asked the Stafford Planning Commission to delay its second public hearing on the proposed travel center at the intersection of Courthouse Road + Austin Ridge Drive in Garrisonville. Potomac Local News

- ➤ Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4 will host a wreath-laying ceremony on Saturday, Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Masonic Cemetery — honoring Revolutionary War hero George Weedon — followed by a reception and tour of their historic meeting house. Potomac Local News
- ➤ Riverside Center hosted fall and holiday theater productions that drew over 26,000 people between August and December, including The Sound of Music and White Christmas + Center CEO Patrick A'Hearn said the turnout shows strong local support for live theater. Fredericksburg Free Press
