- ➤ Micah Ecumenical Ministries is preparing for its fourth annual Coldest Night of the Year walk on Feb. 28 in Fredericksburg, which will raise $200,000 to fund emergency shelter, housing stabilization, and outreach services for those facing homelessness & housing instability. - ➤ Skies in Fredericksburg will be sunny today with a high near 32 before cold fronts bring Arctic air later this week and forecasters predict that accumulating snow will begin Saturday afternoon with lows dropping into single digits by Sunday, so residents should monitor forecasts for hazardous travel.
