- ➤ 7 Brew drive-through coffee shop is planned at Jarrell Properties’ Cowan Station project on east side of U.S. 1 (1740 Olde William St) to bring the popular chain to Fredericksburg; a 510 sqft building with two drive-through lanes will be developed in a former mobile-home park area. - ➤ At UMW last month, inaugural AI Expert-in-Residence Sean O'Brien (leader at Internet2) spoke to students, faculty and community members about fast-growing AI, its benefits and risks, and the need for human skills alongside technology.
