- ➤ VA250 Mobile Museum Experience will visit the Spotsylvania County Museum May 2–3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with free admission, while the Central Rappahannock Regional Library launches a permanent literacy and learning endowment and the local SPCA resumes services with a new interim veterinarian, Dr. Lindsey Aebli. - ➤ UMW is launching a new Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performing Arts this fall, expanding its nationally recognized theatre program with focused pre-professional training. The Free Lance–Star
- ➤ The University of Mary Washington received up to $100k per year for two years from SCHEV to improve its data tracking for internships and work-based learning as part of a $1.6m award to seven educational institutions.
