- ➤ Dominion Energy and NextEra plan a merger to form the world’s largest electric utility serving 10 million accounts across four states. - ➤ The Spotsylvania School Board asked supervisors to place a $237.2M bond referendum on the fall ballot for school improvement projects and maintenance.
