  • Fredericksburg City Council and the Stafford Board have backed Option C for a new river crossing over the Rappahannock while Spotsylvania County favors a hybrid plan that promises more benefits for its residents. The Fredericksburg Area Metropolitan Planning Organization will vote on the local preference on June 16th—after which a NEPA study will evaluate environmental and community impacts—.  Fredericksburg Free Press
