- ➤ Stafford County Public Schools launched Pack Pals to let community groups supply tailored school supplies for students and King George Amateur Radio Operators will host a 24-hour Field Day at Caledon State Park on June 28—29. The community calendar also features a June 18 Master Gardeners meeting, a June 21 baby shower at the Convention Center, weekly Downtown twilight events through August 27, a new Stroke Smart designation for Stafford, and a Fourth of July Children’s Roll N’ Stroll starting at 9 a.m. at the VRE lot with prizes for decorated bikes and costumes.
