- ➤ Brandon Boles, formerly principal at Potomac High School, is named the new CEO of Rappahannock Area YMCA and will manage its branches in Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George and Caroline counties starting Aug. 25 — a longtime Fredericksburg resident with strong local ties who plans to tailor programs to meet each branch’s needs — as he succeeds retired CEO Barney Riley. - ➤ Rappahannock Area CASA is gearing up for its next round of volunteer training—those who want to be a voice for children in the court system must submit their applications by August 11.
