- ➤ Spotsylvania Commonwealth’s Attorney said hate crime charges remain on the table after investigators reviewed the July 20 Partlow Road incident in which two Black women were chased until they wrecked their vehicle — community and faith leaders met Saturday at Mount Zion Baptist Church and plan to urge additional charges while new misdemeanor court dates are set for November 20.
