- ➤ Volunteers planted 270 pounds of organic Adirondack Blue potatoes at Rappahannock Education Farm in White Oak on Saturday and will plant cucumber and zucchini seeds in two fields later this week— the farm donates all its produce to fight hunger and has already given over 7,000 pounds of vegetables away this year. ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A single-story home in Stafford County's White Oak area was heavily damaged by an early-morning fire Saturday at 3:15 a.m.—residents and their dog escaped safely as local and neighboring fire crews fought the flames and began investigating the cause. Potomac Local News

- ➤ Stafford County Public Schools launched a new Business and IT Center at Colonial Forge High School where over 130 students study business, computer skills, and online safety under Coordinator Devon HeHolt—offering modern classes and certificates—and it is one of four specialty centers in the district.
