- ➤ Fredericksburg police arrested Felicia Lee Rivera, 25, on a strangulation charge causing bodily injury and charged others with assault and battery, controlled substance possession, public intoxication, and inhaling drugs across Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania—reports also show multiple larcenies from vehicles and car parts occurred along Preserve Lane, Ivanhoe Court, William Street, Brent Street, and Sunken Road.
