- ➤ Officials will dedicate a new memorial honoring Spotsylvania students on Saturday at 2 p.m. in front of the School Board building at River Run (across from Massaponax High School). - ➤ The University of Mary Washington has named its new School of Science after 1959 alumna Irene Piscopo Rodgers, honoring her record donations that exceeded $45 million.
