- ➤ Fredericksburg is hosting its biggest Halloween weekend with free family events starting Friday, October 24 and continuing Saturday, October 25. The schedule includes Park After Dark at Memorial Park at 6:30 p.m., a Family Costume Stroll beginning at 8:30 a.m. at VRE Lot B, Treats on the Streets from 10 a.m. to noon, a haunted bus event in Market Square, and Halloween at the Market at the Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Potomac Local News
- ➤ On October 10th and 11th, the local REALTORS® Foundation and YPN hosted a charity golf tournament at Augustine Golf Club and a downtown pub crawl that raised nearly $13,000 for housing charities.
