- ➤ Central Rappahannock Regional Library will host its ninth annual Rappahannock Writers’ Conference tomorrow from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Germanna Community College’s Fredericksburg Area Campus—sessions offer both in-person and virtual options with keynotes by Austin S.
