- ➤ Fredericksburg officials warn parade-goers that no parking will be allowed starting at 2 p.m. on Saturday and the parade route will close at 3:30 p.m. Visitors should plan to arrive early and stay behind the curb (to keep emergency access clear). Fredericksburg Free Press
- ➤ The ribbon cutting for the new Riverfront Park Ice Rink scheduled for today at 4 p.m. has been postponed with no reason given. Holiday skating will run from Nov. 29—Dec. 28 at Riverfront Park, with skate rentals included in each ticket. Potomac Local News
