- ➤ Rebkee’s $50 million proposal will turn the former Mary Washington Hospital into 242 apartments plus commercial space at 2300 Fall Hill Avenue; a public hearing tomorrow by the Fredericksburg Planning Commission will review a special use permit to raise density from six to 36 units per acre, while residents have raised concerns about parking and traffic impacts with this and other nearby projects.
